Ebell Wedding in Long Beach, California

Yazmin + Kevin’s Ebell wedding in Long Beach boasts all kinds of visual inspiration. Thanks to a team of incredibly talented vendors and one of the most fun couples, this wedding was incredibly special.

This was the first time I’ve had the pleasure of working at The Ebell and I definitely hope it isn’t my last. It’s filled with gorgeous natural light, and this newly remodeled gem nestled in Long Beach was the perfect space for such a timeless wedding. The classic black and white tile floors complemented the 1920’s adornments. There is colorful Victorian-era furniture and warm candlelight scattered throughout. All of these details set the perfect backdrop for this magical evening.

Getting Ready

We met up with the bridal party in the morning at their suite at the Westin in Long Beach. Everyone was is in good spirits and ready to celebrate the day. Yazmin donned a gorgeous open-back dress and a pair of stylish open-toed Jimmy Choos to complete the ensemble. Her rose and peony bouquet was perfectly complemented by her bridesmaid’s deep red dresses. Kevin’s outfit mixed classic with modern. He rocked a pair of stylish black leather Versace’s, Ferragamo cufflinks, and a black tux.

Before heading out to the church to tie the knot, Yaz + Kevin enjoyed an intimate moment together during their first look. From the first moment when Kevin saw Yaz in her dress his smile reached from ear to ear.

Reception

Following the ceremony, everyone headed out from the church to The Ebell. Guests enjoyed delicious hors d’oeuvres and cocktails compliments of Tres LA while we photographed the bridal party.

Everyone enjoyed dinner in the main dining room surrounded by warm candlelight. They sat beneath beautiful wood vaulted ceilings and sat amongst crystal stemware and exquisite florals. Following dinner, guests danced the night away while enjoying tasty macaroons, cinnamon bites, and some of the most beautifully designed wedding cake.
